Living at the Gramercy, I'd normally say that I love a place like this because the apartments are well kept (which they are), because the complex offers easy access to downtown amenities (like the ballparks, or the growing number of restaurants and shops - which it does), but I'd have to say that my favorite reason for living here is the people. I have been thoroughly impressed by the local staff of Towne Properties, and by the thoughtful, friendly residents who live here. Having just moved to Cincinnati a few short months ago, I remember well my first night - when I talked to three different people and had nine different suggestions of where to have my first dinner - before I even opened my apartment door. I've only just moved in, but what initially drew me to Towne Properties was the slew of amenities it offered such as a pool, tanning bed, fitness center, secured entrance and the list goes on. There was also this sense of community where I knew I wasn't going to just be in a really large building and not know anyone. They have a newsletter and events, which makes living there seem like a real place to call home instead of just a place where you put your stuff.
The Gramercy is extremely nice, the facilities are clean and I love the fact that personalizing your apartment is encouraged. I really feel that I made an excellent choice. -Lauren
I chose Towne Properties' Gramercy residence because of the downtown setting, close distance to work and most importantly a sense of community. Since being a resident of the Gramercy, I have found everyone is very helpful and the support team is always there for you.
